DELIVERY & CARE
Retail/Holiday Floral Deliveries:
We offer collections for holidays throughout the year, with local delivery of flowers & plants within 15 miles of 18042. Please include a recipient phone number when adding your gift arrangement to the cart, and make sure your recipient's address is correct at checkout. If there are any issues, we will contact you and/or your recipient.
Coordination of delivery is the only reason we will use your recipient's phone number.
We will make every effort to deliver an order. If there is no answer, we will attempt to leave the order in a safe space at the recipient's address, or with a neighbor, in which case we will leave a note on the recipient's door advising them of its location. In the case of inclement weather or an unsafe place to leave the order, we will contact the recipient and arrange delivery with them directly. If delivery is unable to be made on the requested date, we will return the arrangement to the studio where it can be picked up the following day by either the recipient or customer.
Claim of Non-Delivery:
All orders are delivered by our trusted team. A photo will be taken of any order left without a hand off and a signature will be taken for any handed off delivery. If an order is missing, please allow us 24 hours to look into the matter and retrieve the proper delivery documentation.
Should the recipient reject delivery, Kraft & Co. will not be held responsible and no refund will be issued to the customer.
When delivery is made, and there is any question as to the quality of the flowers, the recipient should contact Kraft & Co. at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss their concerns. In most cases, we will gladly replace the arrangement. However, claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery. No refunds or replacements will be made after this time period. No refunds or replacements be made based on improper plant or flower care on the part of the recipient.
A La Carte Event Deliveries:
At the time of checkout, you will enter your desired address, date, and time slot for delivery. After you have placed your order a member of our team will reach out to you to confirm the order and direct you to a form where we will ask you to provide further information to ensure a smooth delivery.
As noted in the A La Carte FAQs, delivery does not include set up of flowers, with the exception of flowers for a rented Kraft & Co arch or chuppah.
If you are in the area and would like to pick your order of flowers or plants up from us, we offer contact free curbside pick up between the hours of 10am-6pm. Please select this option during check out.
Your arrangement will appreciate a cool spot in your home, out of direct sunlight. By adding fresh, cool water every day to two days, and plucking out more delicate blooms as they fade, the hardier flowers in your arrangement will continue to shine!
Kraft & Co. reserves the right to make changes to flower types and colors with blooms of equal or greater value. Every attempt will be made to achieve the style and color palette advertised in our product listings, however due to the nature of using natural, perishable product and availability that is dependent on markets across the world as well as weather and climate conditions, we reserve the right to substitute flowers we are unable to source or that arrive in condition we deem unsuitable for your arrangement.
Kraft & Co. reserves the right to substitute vases if needed. Every effort will be made to keep the vase type as close as possible to what is pictured or described in the product listing.
Kraft & Co. will delivery your arrangements in provide care instructions for the floral arrangements delivered. Kraft & Co will not be responsible for the care of the flowers once they are delivered to the recipient.
